PRE-FILTERING PUMP: This above ground pool pump and filter features a pre-filtering strainer basket and a double reinforced 15 inch molded tank that can hold up to 77.2 pounds of sand. Recommended for pools up to 12000 gallons (ex. circular pools 20'x 52" or 21'x 48")
COMPATIBLE WITH FILTER BALLS: Beside the sand, our pool sand filter is also compatible with polyester pool filter balls, which have a stronger adsorption capacity and a faster filtration speed than traditional filter media. Pump flow rate 2250gal/h. System flow rate 1680gal/h (with 77 lbs sand) or 1840 gal/h (with 2.2 lbs filter balls). Completely filter a 9200gal pool in only 5 hours.(Attention: Sand/filter balls are not included in the package)
